Position: Drama Teacher (Secondary)

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and creative Game Theory & Logic lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Encourage student curiosity through innovative teaching methods.
- Support individual student growth while maintaining academic rigor.
- Collaborate with colleagues on projects and school initiatives.
- Contribute to curriculum development in the Game Theory & Logic department.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A degree or equivalent in Game Theory, Education, or a related field
Skills:
- A strong background and passion for Game Theory & Logic
- Experience teaching Key Stages 3 and 4 (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners of all abilities
