We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated PSHE Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Oxfordshire, starting in September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a significant impact on the wellbeing and future success of our students.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across key stages, promoting personal, social, health, and economic education.

Support the development of students’ emotional intelligence, resilience, and social skills.

Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver a holistic PSHE curriculum that addresses the needs of our diverse student body.

Actively contribute to a positive and supportive school culture.

Monitor and assess students’ progress and wellbeing, providing targeted support when necessary.

Support school-wide initiatives around mental health, wellbeing, and safeguarding.
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching PSHE in a secondary school setting.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.

A deep commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and safe learning environment.

Knowledge of current PSHE guidelines and a passion for keeping up with best practices.

Experience in or an understanding of delivering mental health and wellbeing support.
