Delivering subjects such as English, Maths, Physical Education, Employability Skills, Business Studies, Food Technology, Art, and Physical & Sports Education, we are looking for a qualified SENCo to join the centre. As part of their Education Team, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and resettlement of the Children, through the provision of an effective education programme leading to nationally recognised qualifications.

This is a diverse role and can be difficult due to the nature of the Children you will be dealing with. You will need to be confident, assertive, and resilient, with plenty of life experience, common sense and a firm but fair approach.

As a resourceful and adaptable team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills, you will be required to hold QTS and hold National Award for SEN Coordination. Strong organisational skills, coupled with the ability to motivate, inspire, and bring out the best in others, along with non-judgemental and open-minded attitude are essential.

Benefits to this role include a secure, friendly, and professional working environment; training and encouragement to build a long-term career with the company, pension, free parking, are as standard.

Due to the nature of the Centre, you will not be expected to prepare work outside of your working hours, nor work weekends or weekends.
