We are seeking a passionate educator who can inspire students and foster a love for business and economic studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Key Stages 4 and 5, delivering engaging lessons that equip students with essential skills for their academic and professional futures.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Business and Economics in line with the curriculum.
• Inspire and challenge students to achieve their full potential.
• Assess, track, and report on student progress, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
• Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
• Contribute to the development of the Business and Economics department.
• Engage in extracurricular activities and wider school initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a motivated teacher with:

• A degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Business and/or Economics at GCSE and A-Level/ equivalent
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to departmental growth.
