**Salary:** £28,000 - £43,000 per annum (depending on experience)

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver engaging and innovative Art lessons to students aged 11-18.

- Plan and prepare schemes of work that reflect the diverse needs of students.

- Foster a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to express themselves through various artistic mediums.

- Assess, monitor, and report on students’ progress, providing constructive feedback.

- Collaborate with colleagues to promote cross-curricular projects and exhibitions.

- Participate in extracurricular activities, including art clubs and school exhibitions.

- Contribute to the development of the Art department and the wider school community.

**About You:**

- **Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)** or equivalent teaching qualification.

- Specialization in Art and Design, with a strong portfolio of work.

- Experience teaching Art at secondary level (ages 11-18) is desirable but not essential.

- A passion for art and a desire to inspire creativity in students.

- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to relocate to Northamptonshire, England, and adapt to a new cultural environment.
