Role Overview:
As the Head of Business Studies, you will lead a talented team of educators, developing and delivering an innovative curriculum that inspires and engages students. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of the department, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Studies curriculum.
Lead, motivate, and support the teaching team to achieve departmental goals.
Monitor and evaluate student performance, implementing strategies for improvement.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with school objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
Strong understanding of the UK education system and curriculum requirements.
