**The Role:**

As an IT Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT education to students across various age groups and abilities. You will be expected to create engaging lesson plans, foster a love for technology, and support students in developing essential IT skills for their future careers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging IT lessons in line with the national curriculum.

- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback.

- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.

- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning needs.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in IT education and integrate them into the curriculum.

- Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and school events.

- Provide support and guidance to students, helping them to achieve their academic goals.

**Requirements:**

- A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).

- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience teaching IT at secondary school level (ages 11-18).

- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment standards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to inspire and motivate students.

- Willingness to relocate to Oxfordshire, England.
