**Location:** Hertfordshire, England

**Salary:** £28,000 - £42,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

**Contract Type:** Full-time, Permanent

### Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and inclusive Religious Education lessons for students aged 11-18.

- Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment that encourages students' spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development.

- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring that all learners are challenged and supported.

- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities, events, and enrichment programs.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and develop the Religious Education curriculum.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant educational policies, practices, and standards in the UK.

### Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

- A degree in Religious Education, Theology, or a related field.

- Experience teaching Religious Education at the secondary level is preferred, but we welcome applications from newly qualified teachers (NQTs) or those with experience teaching in other educational systems.

- A commitment to promoting the values of tolerance, understanding, and respect within a diverse school community.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to relocate to Hertfordshire, England, and adapt to the UK education system.
