Geography Teacher – Secondary School (Kent)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher to join our dynamic humanities department at a thriving secondary school in Kent for Easter or September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to engage students in the wonders of the world, from physical landscapes to human interactions.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).

  • Foster a love for Geography through innovative and interactive teaching methods.

  • Assess, monitor, and support students to help them reach their full potential.

  • Contribute to curriculum development and extracurricular activities.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS (or is working towards it) and a degree in Geography or a related subject.

  • Has a strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for Geography.

  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.

  • Is committed to continuous professional development and student progress.

  • Has a passion for making Geography relevant and exciting for young learners.
