About the School:

We are now seeking a passionate and dedicated PSHE (Personal, Social, Health, and Economic Education) teacher to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality PSHE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring the curriculum is engaging and relevant.
Develop and implement a comprehensive PSHE curriculum, in line with national guidelines and the school’s ethos.
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports students' personal and social development.
Encourage students to reflect on their own wellbeing, relationships, and the wider world around them.
Promote understanding of key themes such as mental health, relationships, citizenship, and personal responsibility.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the development of the whole-school wellbeing strategy.
Person Specification:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
A passion for PSHE and its impact on student development.
Experience teaching PSHE at secondary school level (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students effectively.
Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a collaborative school environment.
A commitment to the welfare and safeguarding of students.
