We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated PSHE Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Oxfordshire, starting in September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a significant impact on the wellbeing and future success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across key stages, promoting personal, social, health, and economic education.

  • Support the development of students' emotional intelligence, resilience, and social skills.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver a holistic PSHE curriculum that addresses the needs of our diverse student body.

  • Actively contribute to a positive and supportive school culture.

  • Monitor and assess students' progress and wellbeing, providing targeted support when necessary.

  • Support school-wide initiatives around mental health, wellbeing, and safeguarding.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching PSHE in a secondary school setting.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.

  • A deep commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and safe learning environment.

  • Knowledge of current PSHE guidelines and a passion for keeping up with best practices.

  • Experience in or an understanding of delivering mental health and wellbeing support.
